Burris Fine Art takes pride in ensuring that your art arrives safely and in the condition in which you purchased it. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and exceptional customer service.
Shipping and Packaging
- We ship all orders via UPS and offer free shipping sitewide
- Each item is carefully packaged to protect it during transit
- All shipments are insured for damage or loss
Replacements
- If your print or painting arrives damaged, please document the package, the labels, and the item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
- In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund.
- Refunds will only be processed if the UPS damage insurance claim is accepted.
- Please allow an ample amount of time for UPS to process the insurance claim.
How to Initiate Return or Claim:
- Contact Bradley within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide detailed photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Bradley (or a staff member) will guide you through the process of returning the item and filing an insurance claim (if necessary).
